A Little Bit of History...

Aveea Partners' roots go back 27 years.  Our founder, Tammy K. Rogers, took a leap of faith and started her own business in 1994.  That organization focused on designing custom training programs.  Facilitation, performance management, consulting and coaching were soon added to the scope of services.  And while our name has changed over the years -- we're very proud to say that Aveea Partners was born out of the experiences and lessons learned from the clients we've served for the past 27 years.
